OOTD: Fall in Summer?

Even during the hottest months of the year, there can be cool days. I wanted to be comfortable, casual and warm enough to withstand the bizzare windy, cool day. I wore a tank top, but added a short sleeved sweater to warm it up. Short sleeved sweaters are perfect when the weather is cool, not cold. Instead of wearing sandals, I added boots for additional warmth. Adding an interesting necklace finished off the look.
